International organisational change expert, Professor Sanjay Sharma, will present this two-day workshop for leaders from business, government and civil society organisations who want to enhance their ability to build organisational capacity for formulating and implementing effective sustainable strategy.
ACCSR is delighted to welcome Professor Sharma, Dean of the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Canada, on his first visit to Australia. Professor Sharma is a leading thinker on corporate sustainability change management and has facilitated training workshops on strategic change for sustainability for dozens of private and public sector organisations and international agencies such as the International Finance Corporation and the World Bank.

New Appointments at ACCSR
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gail Rehbein as a Senior Consultant and Camille Aylmer as Acting Program Manager at ACCSR.
Gail has recently completed a Masters with honours in Professional Ethics and Governance at Griffith University and through her recent postgraduate research brings in-depth knowledge of integrating corporate social responsibility into business. Gail combines this with an extensive commercial background as an executive coach, consultant and Chartered Accountant. She has experience within a wide range of organisations, both public and private sector. She has published and presented regularly on CSR over recent years.
Camille is Acting Program Manager while Kate Niblock-Siddle is on a client assignment for the next two months. Camille has over four years of experience in socially responsible investing (SRI). Previously she was as an equities analyst, project manager and communications manager for KLD Research & Analytics in Boston and its Melbourne-based partner firm SIRIS. At SIRIS, Camille developed internal and external communications programs. With KLD Camille analysed the social and environmental performance of Large Cap companies in the communications and technology industries. |
